BushBucks™ redemption rules are straightforward – keeps it legal, fair, and bush-proof
BushBucks™ cannot be used for:
Cash refunds or withdrawals
No using BushBucks to pay for your membership renewal. That’s for real rand only.
Purchasing gear or festival tickets
Only redeem at approved BushBucks™ partners. No random Airbnb or city hotel. No stacking: can’t use 100 BB + a promo code for extra off. One redemption per booking, max of 50% redeemable.
Transferring to non-members
Some camps might block redemptions during peak (like Easter or December) No redeeming for booze, gambling, or “adult” extras. Points are for stays only – can’t make ’em taxable income or transferable assets.
Use with Other Rewards not allowed.
BushBucks™ cannot be redeemed if another Reward is claimed. If a visitor booked through Lekkeslaap.co.za and there is a Tier 2 discount applied, then redemption of BushBucks is voided.
The same would apply for any other third-party discount or reward.
Fairness: Stops camps from losing big on cheap redemptions.
Control: Keeps BushBucks™ pure – nothing else.
If you’re unsure, the app shows “Redeemable for: Stays only” every time.
Abuse Policy:
Should any Partner or Member abuse the Loyalty Program, all services will be suspended immediately without warning, prior notice or refund until a competent court directs us otherwise.
