Can BushBucks™ be exchanged for cash?

NO! Under no circumstances are BushBucks™ exchangeable for cash.

Members are not allowed to exchange BushBucks™ for cash and any Partner who entertains such exchange will not be entitled to claim the refund.

BushBucks™ is specifically developed for high-ticket purchases. Unlike other loyalty programs where high volumes of purchases result in rapid accumulation of points, like Pick ‘n Pay Smartshopper or Infinity Rewards, BushBucks™ Partners charges anything from R150 to R10 000 per night for a stay. The volume of customers is therefore not in the millions, and frankly it’s not the purpose of the Gravel Club to attract millions of consumers.

By design, BushBucks™ is not even available to all Gravel Club members. The Camper and Explorer tiers are specifically excluded, but may upgrade to a higher tier by earning points.
